Andrea is an experienced Agile Project Management Consultant (PMP | PMI-ACP), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) and Professional Kanban Trainer (PKT) with exemplary work ethics and impeccable organization, time management and team building skills. She has a contagious passion for continuous improvement and attaining new skills and knowledge. She is skilled in Leadership, Agile Project Management, Customer Relations, Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Community Outreach, Community Building, Global Networking, Volunteerism and Philanthropy.

She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), PMI Chicagoland & PMI Baton Rouge (Louisiana) Chapters, Scrum Alliance, Agile Alliance, Women in Agile (WiA), Women in Kanban (WiK), Lean in Agile (LIA), South Florida Agile Association (SFAA), Scaled Agile, Women PowerUP Network, and CompTIA.

She is the holder of numerous professional certifications, namely PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, A-CSM, CSM, CAL-E, TKP, PKI, PKT, SAFe 6 Agilist (SA), CompTIA Project+ & CompTIA Security+. She has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Computer Data Processing / Management Information Systems (CDP/MIS) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Information Systems / Management Information Systems (CIS/MIS) from the College of The Bahamas (now the University of The Bahamas).

Andrea is the Owner (CEO) of Creative Minds Project Development & Consultation and is the Founder of the Bahamas Agile & Project Management Community (BAPMC). She has served in children's ministry for 20+ years as a Commander with the Royal Rangers Boys Club and is a Certified Youth Leader and member of The Bahamas National Society of Youth Practitioners. She is also an Advisory Board member with FemSTEM Bahamas.

She aspires to be a best-selling author, TEDx speaker, Certified (or Professional) Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Team Coach (CTC), holder of an MBA in Project Management (Agile Methodologies and Digital Transformations) and to one day be fluent in Spanish, Creole, Portuguese and Mandarin. Every year she strives to reduce this lofty list of accomplishments and celebrates the incremental magic as she realizes her goals and aspirations.
