Andres Borque is an energetic speaker and passionate change agent. In his 24 years of experience working in software development, he has played many different roles as a practitioner, leader, and coach. His strong background in process improvement and leading related efforts throughout his career helped organizations simplify their ways of working, resulting in operational agility and positive workforce sentiment. He prides himself in connecting with people and captivating his audience through his engaging facilitation style.
Throughout his extensive career, Andres served in the energy, financial, and telecommunications industries working at all levels of an organization ranging from C-Level Executives, Directors, Managers, and Practitioners. Within his career as an Agilist and Coach, he launched, led, and matured reputable Agile Transformations within Fortune 500 companies while achieving transformational results in quality, speed-to-market, and culture through lean-agile principles, techniques, and practices.
He is a Florida Atlantic University Alumni and holds certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt, SAFe 5.0 SPC, ICC-ATF, ICC-ACC, PSU, and CSM. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, doing DIY projects at home, practicing martial arts, and training his French Bulldog to skateboard.
