Moving around the globe, I had the opportunity to meet people from different cultures and learned to appreciate diversity. Being an extrovert, adapting to change comes naturally to me.

Right out of college, I jumped at the opportunity for a career in HR. I found my love to help organizations find the right talents for technical and non-technical teams.

Moving to the US and raising my family, I connected with people from my ethnicity and taught kids to learn their regional language! I helped schools frame syllabi, and coached and mentored teachers in the strategy of learning a language. To educate and maintain culture and heritage, I provided opportunities for the community to come together by organizing various social and cultural events. I even emceed them!

My current role involves building a community with ethical and professional employers to create mutually beneficial partnerships between employers and employees, based on ethics, professionalism, trust, and accountability.
