Biography
Kim is the Release Manager at RGA (Reinsurance Group of America).
Kim’s passions are relationships and team building, driving continuous improvement through collaboration, and coaching teams to success.
With decades of experience in several industries, Kim has leveraged her servant leadership to build successful teams and lead through change.
Kim has a wealth of experience in traditional waterfall project management, as well as Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks.
Kim believes in the power of sharing knowledge and in that spirit, enjoys sharing her experience through a variety of opportunities, including the AIC 2026.
Kim holds a BS in Business Management and industry certifications including; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Product Owner Product Manager (POPM), and ITIL 4 Foundations.
