How do I register for the conference?

Register for the Agile International Conference by visiting the AIC Conference Registration Page. Registration | Agile International Conference. AIC accepts all major credit cards.

 

What is included in the cost of my registration?

​

You will receive a name badge and program when you arrive on site. With your name badge, you have access to attend all of the sessions – Kickoff, Keynote, and all sessions within three tracks. 

 

Are meals included with my registration?

​

AIC will provide breakfast and lunch.  There are several coffee breaks throughout the meeting. 

 

Can I cancel my registration?

​

Yes. To cancel your registration, contact Transformation Experts at education@te-culture.com. After March 1st, no refunds will be given.

 

Can I see what sessions will be presented before I arrive on-site?

Do I need to sign up for individual sessions or workshops after I register for the conference?

​

No, once an individual registers for the conference, they will have access to all of the live conference sessions and recordings.

 

How do the concurrent sessions work? 

​

All concurrent sessions will be held on Monday morning and afternoon. Please read the Program to decide which sessions seem most relevant to your work and life. 

 

Will there be engagement and networking sessions?

​

Yes, the conference will include social and networking opportunities throughout the event. 

​

What airport should I fly into? 

​

Miami International Airport (MIA) is the closest airport to fly into.  You should allow 40 mins to one hour commute time to/from the airport, depending on the time of day and traffic.

How can I get to Pinecrest Gardens from the airport? 

​

We are sorry, there is no shuttle or bus service offered to Pinecrest Gardens. You may decide to rent a car, MIA has full-service car rentals available. There is also Uber or Lyft service from the Airport.

 

Is there a fee to park at Pinecrest Gardens?

No, parking is free at Pinecrest Gardens 

 

What should I wear? 

​

People generally dress casually – everything from jeans to "business casual." You will be in open air rooms, sitting a lot, so you will want to be as comfortable as possible. Also, bring shoes you can walk in. The weather could be warm (80s) so be sure to check the weather for Pinecrest, FL online before you come.
