Biography
Lauren Hoffman is a mission-driven leadership and strengths coach focused on building confidence, resilience, and performance through strengths-based development.
With over a decade of experience in corporate HR and executive coaching, she brings a data-driven yet human-centered approach to organizational well-being. As a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths and executive coach with a Master’s in HR Management, Lauren is the creator of Current Leadership Performance, where she partners with people and organizations to elevate leadership impact.
Her most recent work centers on bridging the generational gap in today’s workplace through her signature Professionalism Training, From Campus to Corporate, equipping emerging and experienced professionals alike with the knowledge, communication skills, and clarity needed to thrive in the workplace.
Lauren serves as a board member of Broward SHRM and a Mentor of iWill Intl Women and Leadership based in Miami. She is passionate about helping people realign and rise after life’s biggest transitions.
