Nestor Miranda is an enterprise execution executive with over two decades of experience leading strategic initiatives and capital investment governance. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief of Staff to the DES CEO at Sutherland, he oversees execution frameworks and strategic delivery for the global Digital Engineering Services business.

Previously, Mr. Miranda held senior leadership roles at Verizon, where he was pivotal in the integration of the $6 billion TracFone acquisition. He governed capital portfolios exceeding $120 million and led execution across an $8 billion business serving 20 million customers. A former VP at TracFone Wireless, he is credited with modernizing the enterprise PMO and leading large-scale Agile transformations. With early career roots at IBM and American Airlines Sabre, Mr. Miranda is a certified PMP and Scaled Agile practitioner fluent in English and Spanish.
