Nicole Williams is a passionate Agilist who works as the SVP of PMO for TelevisaUnision’s ViX Spanish-language streaming service. Nicole is a lifelong learner who blends best practices from different Agile methodologies to help teams and organizations grow. 

 

Nicole is passionate about helping product and development teams improve and become more self-organized and believes that autonomy and a sense of purpose lead to happier teams and better business results. Nicole has run successful Agile transformations at Verizon and Paramount’s PlutoTV before finding herself working as part of the senior leadership team at ViX.
