Biography
Mauricio Robles is a Certified Team Coach (CEC) with over 20 years of experience in Project Management and Agile Coaching. He has successfully partnered with teams in a wide variety of activities, from software development and financial operations to customer service and accounting, across global markets including the United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Argentina, Singapore, and India.
His approach, focused on process optimization, relentless feedback, and continuous improvement, has modeled Agile transformations in companies such as Nike, Hard Rock, Citi Bank, and PPG Latam. He specializes in helping C-suite leaders and organizations achieve sustainable agility using his proprietary Four Pillar Model (Culture, Structure, Strategy, and Process), ensuring transformations are people-centered and resilient.
A dedicated community builder, Mauricio is a contributor to the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel and has co-created the Agile Coaching events in collaboration with the Scrum Alliance. His volunteer work focuses on developing tools and services to advance the Agile Coaching profession globally.
