Biography
I’m a technology and product leader who has spent my career moving from hands-on engineering into executive leadership. Today, I use AI daily not as a replacement for judgment, but as a force multiplier - effectively working alongside a small team of AI personas that help me think, write, analyze, and build faster.
What’s been striking is that AI has fundamentally changed how leaders relearn. Earlier in my career, it took me nearly a decade to build deep, hands-on software expertise, and later I could still lead effectively even as I abstracted away from the tools. With AI, that abstraction no longer serves my teams or me. The upside is that AI accelerates relearning - skills that once took years to build can now be gained in months through direct, hands-on collaboration with the technology. My perspective is simple: AI doesn’t replace leadership - it elevates it, but only for leaders willing to engage deeply, stay accountable, and remain authentic.
Engaging deeply gives me judgment, accountability keeps me grounded, and authenticity keeps people trusting the work. AI amplifies all three, but it can’t replace any of them.
I currently serve as Chief Information Officer at Safe Harbor Capital Partners, a private equity firm with deep expertise in real estate debt and a track record of investing over $500 million across four funds.
